Our first time trying this place and I have to say it did not disappoint. The staff is super friendly, establishment and kitchen is very CLEAN. I can see why they were awarded the Blue Plate Award. Several return customers in line raving about the food while we ordered. The food was fresh, flavorful and delicious. This will be a regular place on our weekly visits to Cove! It’s a take and go kind of place so don’t plan on eating in. Hands down Best burger joint in Cove our opinion.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 — Jeffery Carter
I had heard good reviews on this place and then I saw a video online where the customer service seemed questionable. I still went to see for myself and the service was great. My father, my son and I were looking at a menu posted outside and the owner pleasantly told us to come on in to look at the menu inside. I had the Murica which is a more straight forward burger and my family had the Armadillo burger which had jelly, cream cheese and jalapeño. We all enjoyed the burgers. And I know some say the fries are just OK but I like a more basic hot and salted fry. The burger may be a little more well done than some like but the flavor and seasoning were top tier.

I really wish I had taken pictures of the burgers and the banana pudding—but honestly, I wasn’t expecting to be blown away. The moment they handed me the food, it looked and smelled so good there was no chance I was waiting before digging in. And wow… they did not disappoint. The burgers were everything a great American burger should be: clean, flavorful, juicy, and satisfying. The Area 51, with its mix of peppers, a touch of citrus, and that nostalgic classic-burger taste, was perfectly balanced. Both burgers were loaded with fresh, crisp toppings that made every bite even better. And the banana pudding—listen, growing up in the deep South, I’m very picky about banana pudding. It’s sacred. But this one? Spot on. Smooth, fresh banana flavor, real whipped cream, and crunchy vanilla wafers… absolute perfection. Dalmatian Burgers may be a small, to-go-only spot, but it’s packed with heart and serves some of the best burgers and banana pudding in Copperas Cove. Absolutely worth the stop!

Let's start off by saying that the food is amazingly delicious. It's fresh, it's served hot, the burger is seasoned well, it's cooked through without being dry; it's everything you want in a burger. I got the Armadillo Burger as a double patty sandwich with cole slaw as my side, and I couldn't have been happier with the food. Also, the price is very reasonable for how much food you get. Also, the staff are very friendly, and service couldn't have been better. They're very fast. I was in and out with my order in like 5 minutes. My gripes with the restaurant are 1) There's nowhere to sit and eat! You can only order for takeout/to-go, and I wish I could eat there and not have to sit in my car to eat. 2) The sides are not limited to French fries, but fries are the only fried items available. I wish I could get a side of onion rings with my burger! 3) I like the variety of burgers offered, but I wish there was some sort of bbq/western burger. I'm thinking of something like beef patty (or patties), cheddar cheese, bacon, a couple of onion rings, maybe lettuce, tomato, and pickle, and bbq sauce or some sort of "western" mayo. I'd crush one of those. All in all, I'll very happily return and eat here again. I'm interested in trying more of their burgers and their hotdogs. I'd recommend them to anybody who likes good burgers.

Didn't hear about this place, driving by and saw this place and decided to check them out. Tried their area 51 burger that has green chilies and it was delicious! Their fries which are double cooked were amazing. Reasonably priced and quick to go spot, for a burger, two hot dogs and two fries it was all less than $30. Definitely check them out!

Some of the best burgers and hotdogs in the state. Everything is fresh and made in house. The even make their own pickles and pickled jalapenos, which are amazing by the way. Trust me when I say run, do not walk to this place. The guys at Dalmation Texas Burgers know what they are doing. Super friendly and again, might be the best burger or dog I've ever had. I live in Austin, so it's a little bit of a drive, but well worth it. Cant wait to go back.

Mouth was watering from the smell as soon as we walked in. Tried the OK Corral and 'Murica burgers, both fantastic! Fries were so amazingly crispy and flavorful, husband had to get seconds. No inside seating, but that's OK for us, we ate in the car so it was as fresh as possible. Wonderful friendly service with smiles. Will definitely be coming back again!
